What we collect
The site does not require an account and has no checkout. The message tool on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: what you type is not sent to our servers. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, name and message, and we use them only to reply and to improve the site.
Browser storage
We may store a small preference, such as your cookie choice, in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device. See our cookie policy.
Legal basis and retention
We handle email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Our email provider processes messages on our behalf under contract. We may disclose data if legally required.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
